PENVER STUDIO TREEN ......CLOSE TO THE MINACK THEATRE..... Located in South West Cornwall, we are a short walk from many world class beaches including Porthcurno and Pedn-Vounder. My family have lived in TREEN for four generations My father Francis Hall farmed TREEN Farm.. My husband and I moved to Houses Farm in 1988 where our daughter Tamsyn was born in 1994....
In 2010 the two separate B&B rooms and a small corridor were transformed into one large room that now makes up the studio which has a roomy, yet cosy feel.
Access to the studio is through a stable door and into a small porch. The shower room and toilet is next to the porch. In the studio there is a double bed, a two seater sofa, a chest of drawers and wardrobe, adjacent to the main room is the small yet fully functional kitchen. Currently appliances in the studio and kitchen include a digital TV with DVD player, a two ringed ceramic hob, a combination microwave, a kettle and a toaster.
The studio has its own area of our large garden. The space includes a lawn with a picnic bench and a secluded patio area. A BBQ is available for you to borrow at any point during your stay.
What separates Penver Studio from most holiday lets is the fact it attached to our (the owner's) house. A friendly face to welcome you at the beginning of your holiday and always on hand to give directions or advice on what to do or where to go during your stay. We also offer a complimentary full English breakfast, served in our large garden room, on the last day of your stay and a Cornish cream tea at some point while you are with us.
